The Greely Hockey Booster Club was formed exclusively
as a charitable and educational organization as contemplated by 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or any successor provision. The specific purpose of the Corporation is to support, encourage and advance the hockey program of MSAD #51. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The Corporation shall have all the powers necessary to carry out the foregoing purposes and all powers of non-profit corporations organized under the laws of the State of Maine. |
